Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days, except on custom made to order items, or unless otherwise stated on our website homepage. We use Australia Post for all domestic shipping. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Coconut Ridge Handmade offers the following (Australia wide) shipping options:

$10 flat rate shipping for all orders under $120

$18.50 flat rate express shipping (on orders under $120)

FREE shipping for all orders over $120 – automatically applied at checkout + $5 for express post

*FREE local delivery is available within a 15km radius of Bushland Beach, QLD 4818 (a $30 minimum spend applies). If you are eligible for free local delivery a ‘Local Delivery’ option will appear at checkout. Please do not select the ‘Local Delivery’ option for PO boxes. Free local delivery is only available for orders with a physical street address. Please enter any specific instructions into the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box at checkout. You will be notified via text message or via the Shopify app once your order has been delivered. Please note that local deliveries are only made on weekdays. If you require your order delivered on a weekend, prior arrangement is required.

Please ensure that your details are correct, including your address, suburb, and postcode. We will not cover the cost of postage for parcels sent back to us due to incorrect address details or if your parcel is not collected in time.

Unfortunately, at this stage we do not offer international shipping.
