Refund policy
Coconut Ridge Handmade take every care when packaging your order to ensure your products are received in good condition. If for some reason your purchase is damaged in transit, you received an incorrect order or faulty/damaged goods, we will offer you a full refund or replacement.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind.
All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
In the event you need to make a claim, please email us at coconutridgecandles@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number & name
- Photo of damaged/faulty goods or incorrect order
- Description of issue
